Sophie, an only child, spent her childhood immersed in the magazine pages of National Geographic, developing a fascination for the Earth and its diverse inhabitants. Her dream from a young age was to travel the world and document each location she encountered. However, as she grew older, the challenges of competing in the competitive art industry led her to refocus on high school life, cherishing moments of laughter and music with friends.
After graduating, Sophie embarked on a new chapter in the Intermountain West, where fate led her to a fellow Texan who would become her husband. Their love story unfolded over three years, culminating in a marriage in 2020. Together, they graduated from college and explored the world, reigniting Sophie's passion for photography.
It was Sophie's husband who gifted her a camera, encouraging her not to abandon her childhood dream. This support paved the way for the creation of her website, showcasing Sophie's unique artistic style. Rejecting the trend of heavy filters and presets, Sophie believes in the authenticity of her work.
